Shipping and Delivery

U.S.A. Orders (Ship Time: 5-7 Days)

All orders in continental US receive free shipping. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 business days. Our third-party shipping company will then take an estimated 3-5 days for delivery. 

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via USPS for American orders. 

Canadian Orders (Ship Time: 5-8 Days)

All orders in Canada are subject to a flat-shipping fee of $10. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 business days. Our third-party shipping company will then take an estimated 2-10 days for delivery.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post for Canadian orders.

International Orders

All International orders outside of Canada and the US are subjected to a flat-shipping fee of $20. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 business days, however we cannot guarantee a delivery date.  

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. 

Order Issues

If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!

Lost Orders

If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
